Education Pioneers is a non-profit that recruits, develops, and connects top professionals to work for K-12 school districts, charter schools, and other education organizations in non-instructional roles. They use their skills to transform education from outside of the classroom to ensure every student has access to opportunities and an excellent education.

The Education Pioneers Fellowship is a paid job opportunity that places graduate students, early-career professionals, and seasoned executives in leadership roles with leading education organizations. Education Pioneer Fellows engage in critical work to solve problems from outside the classroom so that teachers and students can thrive inside the classroom.

The Fellowship provides hands-on, real-world experience as well as training in leadership skills and issues in K-12 education. After the Fellowship, Pioneers have access to our alumni services department, ongoing professional development opportunities, and our alumni network (3,000+). Over 70% of EP Alumni continue to work full time in education.
