Full-Time Account Associate

Job Description

As a CareMessage Account Associate, you’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with strategic accounts, as well as developing tools to best position our customers for success. Customer satisfaction is core to our business – we need someone who is passionate about improving the patient experience for underserved populations and is extremely detail oriented. You will become an expert on our product capabilities and utilize this knowledge to define use cases, conduct trainings, and provide ongoing support for a variety of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and maintains positive relationships with customers, providing high-quality ongoing support
Responsible for being the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, setting customer expectations, and managing implementation timelines
Conducts customer needs assessments and identifies potential use cases for a variety of healthcare and community organizations
Establishes ongoing communication strategies with appropriate stakeholders
Represents CareMessage to existing and potential customers at conferences across the US
Creates Account Management tools and develops strategies to best position customers for success
Identifies areas for process improvement and proposes strategies for efficiencies
Maintains CRM database with customer research and Account Management activity
Creates and manages account activity reports to track patient engagement, workflow efficiencies, etc.
Assists in the design and execution of customer marketing campaigns
Develops training and implementation support materials; conducts live webinars and trainings for potential users
Understands product capabilities and applies that knowledge when managing customer accounts
Develops core understanding of platform technology and functionality; identifies creative ways CareMessage can benefit customers
Solicits feedback to better inform our product team
Understands common technological challenges faced by customers and develops solutions to fit unique workflows

REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop meaningful relationships
Creativity and the ability to identify unique solutions for our customers
Basic understanding of health care ecosystem and key players
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to think critically and put problem solving skills into action
Outstanding writing and analytical skills
Extreme eye for detail
Ability to adjust priorities and multi-task; balance needs for a portfolio of clients
Proactive, problem solving attitude
Ability to partner with Account Management team for collaboration; team oriented
Above all, a passion for using technology to transform healthcare access and delivery in underserved communities
