ABOUT 17 TRIGGERS:
17 Triggers is a behavior change lab solely committed to changing lives for good.
The problems we help our clients solve do not respond to traditional messaging or advertising techniques. How do you affect behaviors ingrained over generations? How do you convince rural Cambodians to spend a tenth of their annual income on a latrine, when the field has worked fine for centuries? This intersection of development problems and behavior change solutions is where 17 Triggers specializes.
Relying on empathy, creativity, collaboration and an old fashioned ‘get stuff done’ attitude, we partner with clients through the entire process – from identification of the behavioral triggers to delivery and training of the behavior change tools. We don’t simply provide a report and set of recommendations, we deliver actual solutions.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you interested to help market and sell products and services that help the poor live better, happier and healthier lives? What are the rock star qualities that we are looking for:

• You are energized when you are on the phone or in face to face client meetings keeping clients up to date on projects, managing feedback and approvals and making sure clients expectations are met
• Organizing and planning is in your DNA. You love to organize and coordinate all the resources to deliver a project while keeping the project on time and within budget.
• When the going gets tough or when problems arise, you are a troubleshooter who can work with your team to find solutions and keep projects on track
• Your are able to present information clearly and adapt messaging to different audiences
• Although you might not have direct experience, you need to understand concepting, design, copywriting and production process for TV, radio and print
• You speak and write Khmer or other Asian languages (this would be a plus!)
• You have at least two years of relevant experience in client and project management
