The Position

Waldron is recruiting an Associate for its office in San Francisco who is interested in contributing to the success of a fast-pace, entrepreneurial organization. The Associate must be dedicated to providing high-level service to clients, candidates, and colleagues. As a key member of the search team, the Associate will assist in managing a variety of search and administrative activities throughout the entire process: customized research, drafting a variety of search documents/materials, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates as well as directly interacting with clients and candidates.

Success for an Associate at Waldron requires strong customer service and project management skills as well as the ability to handle many unrelated tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. We seek candidates who are friendly, helpful, flexible, approachable, professional, diligent, and who are excited by the tremendous career potential within the company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including knowing how to communicate actively are essential. Maintaining and promoting a positive, can-do attitude with clients and colleagues is expected. This position demands strong research skills using both the internet and social media. The Associate must be able to prioritize work effectively, utilizing strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met. Creativity and resourcefulness in fulfilling client and project needs is encouraged. The Associate must be a team player, sharing and accepting work from others in order to balance and achieve maximum efficiency throughout the firm.

Minimum Qualifications

A college degree and one to four years of experience is required, ideally in an office setting. The Associate must be comfortable working in an Apple systems environment and be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with some graphics software is desirable.
