Full-Time Associate

Job Description

BizCorps is a unique opportunity for high-performing MBA graduates to launch a career in, or related to, emerging markets. Applicants selected to join the program are matched with high-potential, growth-oriented businesses in Colombia for placements lasting up to one year. BizCorps Associates work directly with the senior leadership of these companies, providing critical strategic and operational support as they pursue ambitious growth targets. Associates benefit from a unique post-MBA experience as a part of BizCorps, employing a broad range of business skills while developing a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities in emerging markets.

Each cohort of Associates benefits from two weeks of preparation and orientation (starting in late July 2015) prior to beginning their engagements. Additionally, each Associate receives a monthly stipend, health insurance, work visas and permits (as needed), and one round-trip plane ticket to and from their assigned country.

Desired Qualifications
*A graduate business degree
*4 to 8 years of work experience
*Experience living or working in an emerging market
*Strong experience in one or more of these core areas: strategy, marketing, sales, finance, operations, or IT
*Spanish proficiency
*Prior experience in consulting or client service a plus
