Vulcan is looking for a full-time Community Coordinator for a period of 18 months. This role is eligible for Vulcan’s perks and benefits.

The Allen Distinguished Educators (ADE) program honors K-12 teachers who have designed and implemented innovative programs in computer science, engineering, and/or entrepreneurship education. The ADE program is expanding nationally and is building a website to foster communication and project sharing among likeminded educators. We are seeking a Community Coordinator to be responsible for the management of content and comments on the new ADE website. The Community Coordinator will assist in the management of relationships with current and future ADEs, moderate the ADE website, including, but not limited to, finding/creating content of interest to the website community, monitoring and responding to website comments, and providing timely feedback to website users. This role will also assist in the management of relationships with key organizational partners and assist in the coordination of the education award social media campaign.
