We have already developed dynamic, high-performing leadership teams in Uganda and the US, and as we expand internationally we are building a top-tier global team to manage our programs and operations in multiple countries while also starting from scratch in new countries with the goal of hiring equally exceptional teams. The Global Recruiting Team Lead will be at the center of growing our team internationally. *Ensure that the first 30 days of every new global hire’s job set him or her up for success at Educate!
*Collaborate with management team to develop on-boarding processes that promote Educate!’s culture for new hires and set the tone for long-term employee retention

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be…

*A problem-solver able to think creatively and strategically about recruiting and capacity-building
*An ultra-organized, detail-oriented project manager
*Tenacious and committed to doing what it takes to get the job done
