Join the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves as Marketing & Communications Manager in Kenya

The Alliance is a public-private partnership aiming to improve livelihoods and health, empower women, and protect the environment by creating a thriving global market for clean and efficient household cooking solutions.

Based in Nairobi, this role will work hand in hand with the East Africa Manager. The Allianceís priority for 2015 and beyond is to stimulate demand for clean cooking equipment in the market. This key role will drive the development and management of Marketing and Communications strategies and activities in the region, ensuring the Clean Cooking story is told consistently and effectively.

The expected results are increased consumer awareness of the health, financial and environmental benefits, the participation of government in creating the needed environment and increased uptake of clean cook stoves across Kenya and Uganda.
