THE PARTNER POSITION:
I-DEV International is looking to bring on a full-time Partner to be an integral part of its Africa and global leadership team. The Africa Regional Headquarters in Nairobi is responsible for Strategy and Investment Advisory engagements throughout East, West and Southern Africa, and also frequently supports I-DEV’s team on engagements globally. The Partner will work closely with the firm’s global management as the organization continues to grow, and will be expected to: Help lead and manage I-DEV’ s Africa Regional Headquarters and operations, lead client engagements and play an active role in client relationship management, as well as have a well-established local and global business network with the ability to develop new client relationships and projects, close deals independently, and contribute significantly to I-DEV’s growth at regional and global level.
