Position Overview
LittleBigMoney’s Project Regional Manager is responsible for driving the strategic vision, by formulating and leading the key paths and decisions for integrating growth and expansion drivers into LBM’s initiative. The Regional Project Manager identifies opportunities to acquire new users and increase engagement through innovation, experimentation, and testing, for positioning LBM as an innovative platform and leading world-changing crowdfunding campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:
The LBM Regional Project Manager will be responsible for consolidating the existing platform and overseeing its expansion on a regional level. The project manager will:

● Manage and administer LBM according to guidelines and strategic directives defined internally by Fundación Capital, ensuring the growth and sustainability of the platform.
● Drive an strategy to source a growing level of users and corporate relationships with a goal of mobilizing $300.000+ annually in capital volume.
● Oversee the development and technological growth of the platform, with changes focused on growing our user base and user engagement, and that enables flexibility and agility in light of market demands and trends.
● Coordinate design and test new services to be offered as part of the platform, and drive growth in key metrics for user acquisition and retention by defining, testing, and launching product changes.
● Define strategy for integrating metrics-based decision making into all product development processes.
● Inform the roadmap and LBM’s strategic direction with customer and competitor insight
● Support the identification of new territories (in Colombia and internationally) and actors that can support the process of expanding coverage of LBM.
● Identify fundraising opportunities and prepare any necessary documentation to access resources allocated for operations and scaling up of LBM.
● Develop pitch decks and concept strategy documents for new partners such local organizations and private corporations, including creative ideas to engage collaborators.
● Coordinate all external and internal communications, grant writing, and ongoing reporting to financiers.
● Generate new opportunities through research, assertive and strategic outreach, and active participation in funder networks.

Required Experience:
● Accredited work experience in crowdfunding of at least 1-2 years.
● A plus having knowledge and experience in social investment, impact investing, digital banking, P2P lending, digital communication.
● A plus having a Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, communications or related.
● Start-up management experience (significant plus).
● Experience working with digital and traditional marketing, familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and user segmentation.
● Creative problem solver with innovative product ideas
● Experience managing Agile development teams
● Good balance of data-driven decision making and customer centered decision making
● Leadership abilities, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
● Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with distinct audiences, including: public officials of all levels, non-profit international cooperation representatives, and the private sector.
● Work experience in Latin America a plus
● Socially sensitive, flexible and adaptable to diverse cultural environments.
● Fluency in English and Spanish.
● Willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
