THE SENIOR ASSOCIATE POSITION
I-DEV International is looking to bring on a full-time Senior Associate as an integral part of its Africa team. The Africa Regional Headquarters in Nairobi is responsible for Strategy and Investment Advisory engagements throughout East, West and Southern Africa, and also frequently supports I-DEV’s team on engagements globally. The Senior Associate will play a key, leadership role within I-DEV’s Africa team and will work closely with I-DEV’s Partners in Africa, as well as the firm’s global management as the organization continues to grow. Senior Associates support Partners and help lead strategy consulting and/or investment advisory engagements, including engaging with directly clients, supervising Associates, managing day-to- day activities and deliverables, and ensure the successful execution of the project.
