Full-Time Wellness Program Manager

Job Description

The Wellness Manager is an integral part of the program team, leading the development and implementation of Reset’s Wellness Program—a progressive social-emotional, mental, and physical health program for Reset’s students. Under the direction of the Head of Program and as part of Reset’s broader strategy, the Wellness Manager promotes both student and staff wellness by managing partnerships with local health organizations and working closely with clinical and program staff to create holistic wellness plans for students.

Program Development:

– Work with program team to implement wellness into student’s overall case plan
– Continue to implement and refine Reset’s Wellness Program, using data to make informed programmatic adjustments and decisions

External Partnerships:

– Forming and maintaining partnerships with local health agencies and community based organizations.
– Develop partnerships with best-in-class community colleges or college access programs as curriculum or placement partners

Supervision:

– In partnership with local health agency, co-supervise clinician and provide feedback to program team
– Supervise wellness team including case manager and life skills coach

Student Advising:

– Design and facilitate relevant social emotional curriculum to groups of students
– Work one-on-one with students to advise on their wellness plans
