Job Description

Superior Blue Strategies, a progressive mail and digital voter contact firm based in Washington, DC and Duluth, MN is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team of professionals who provide direct mail, targeting and digital services to a diverse slate of progressive clients across the country.

 

Our Account Executive position works closely with senior staff, partners and the Deliverables Team to help create and deliver timely, accurate and creative mail programs for our clients.  You’ll help translate polling and on-the-ground insight into compelling direct mail, working hands-on with our client and creative teams to make it happen.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will be strongly self-motivated, highly organized, have terrific attention to detail, be good at setting and re-setting priorities, and able to work well in a fast-paced, occasionally chaotic team environment.  A Bachelor’s Degree and at least one cycle of campaign staff experience is essential, as are good interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude and an understanding that we do what it takes to hit our goals for our clients, every time.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least one cycle of campaign staff experience
  • Proficiency with Google, Microsoft or Mac spreadsheet and document programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including responsiveness
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle deadlines without losing your cool
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize in a world of shifting deadlines and timelines
  • Professionalism with customer service skills
  • A team player who can find a way to get along with just about anybody
